Modtech has been manufacturing modular buildings for 25 years and provides a variety of modular structures. Our residential offering focuses on multifamily structures including town homes, apartments and condominium complexes. Using the latest techniques, Modtech completes 80-90% of the building in one of our three environmentally controlled manufacturing facilities located in California, Arizona and Florida. Once the modular home arrives at the site, the Modtech Construction Team will complete the construction process and prepare the modular home for occupancy.

Compared to traditional construction, modular homes and multifamily structures benefit from concurrent site prep and building manufacturing. This process saves up to 60% of total construction time, as well as reducing weather damage, vandalism and delays, as the buildings are secure and weather protected upon arrival. Our modular construction process facilitates in-fill projects, as well as large scale developments. Modtech's experienced staff and modular building designers can provide complete design-build projects or work with your Architect, saving money, time and frustration.
